Return Policy

If customer is not completely satisfied with the products, we accept returns for merchandise within 15 days of purchase for most orders.

Damaged goods

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different from the description, please follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo(s) of the item(s)

Send the photo(s) to sales@charmlash.net along with your CHARMLASH reference number.

  • Our CharmLash team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the bank account used for the purchase. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  It will take 7 days for the refund process.

Order Cancellation Policy

We are not always appreciate order cancellation requests.
We are trying to complete each order process as timely as possible to make sure that the products are delivered to customers within the most reasonable amount of time. Please make sure to see our return policy.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once we have completed sending you your refund, we will notify you immediately. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@charmlash.net.
